Hi Sharon, the Parcelforce delivery drivers take returns any week day, alternatively you can use your local Post Office. You’ll need to attach an Avon returns label and ParcelForce label to the parcel. If you have any problems call Avon on 03332345000. Hey I need to return alot of products but delivery men wont take it, can I do it at the post office if yes how do I go about doing it?

In reply to Corinne Wakefield. Hi Corinne, did you claim a credit on your representative site before returning the parcel? You would have needed to return it with a returns note enclosed and a returns bar code label attached. Call Avon on 03332345000 to ask them to look into it for you.

How do you return items without having to place another order? I am leaving Avon and have lots to return thanks to customers letting me down again. I have nothing to order this campaign so how do I get the products back without a driver to pass it to?
